安平町 こだわりの味、夢民舎のチーズ 町の伝統、復活に一役 ／北海道
１９３３年に雪印乳業の前身「北海道製酪農販売組合連合会」が安平町の遠浅地区に国内初の大規模なチーズ工場を開設。それまで手作りだったチーズを本格的な生産体制で量産を始めたことから、同町は日本のチーズ発祥の地と呼ばれる。
