ふるさと納税の新制度から除外された大阪府泉佐野市が総務省に決定取り消しを求めた訴訟で大阪高裁は1月30日、同市の請求を退けた。訴訟では高額の返礼品で寄付を集める手法も問われた。新制度では返礼品を寄付額の3割以下とするなど規制が厳しくなった。制度の枠内で返礼品競争はあるが、寄付のあり方も多様化しつつあ
