浜松の建築士事務所、ヤドカリ方式で空き家を再生
浜松市内の建築士事務所リージョン・スタディーズが新たな手法で地域の空き家の再生に取り組んでいる。その名は「ヤドカリプロジェクト」。空き家を買って改修し、一定期間、移り住む。その後、売却して別の空き家に移住する。ヤドカリのように次々、住み替え、空き家もどんどん再生させていく。社会問題となっている地域の
