官民連携の空き家対策、佐渡で本格始動
新潟県佐渡市で官民が連携して空き家の活用を図るモデル事業が本格的にスタートした。このほど開かれた検討会では6件について協議。とりまとめた意見を今後、持ち主に提言する。今月中旬には東京都内で報告会を開き、活用のプレゼンテーションをする。新潟県内の空き家は増加傾向にあり、解決に向けた一手になるか注目され
