大阪府泉佐野市、ふるさと納税訴訟で上告へ 市長表明
ふるさと納税制度を巡り国が大阪府泉佐野市を除外した決定は適法とした30日午前の大阪高裁判決を受け、同市の千代松大耕市長は同日午後、最高裁に上告する方針を明らかにした。
千代松市長は記者会見で「残念な判決になった。国地方係争処理委員会は本市の主張を認めており、今回の判決が全てではないと考えている」と
