全国の雑煮８種、食べ比べて １５日、高梁で「サミット」
高梁市宇治町地区の住民でつくる一般社団法人・宇治雑穀研究会は１５日正午から、同市宇治町宇治の宇治総合会館で「雑煮サミット」を開く。地元移住者らが出身地の雑煮を手作りし、参加者に食べ比べを楽しんでもらう。
当日は、しょうゆ仕立てで山菜たっぷりの「北海道風」、白みそにあんこ入りの餅で知られる「香川風」
