ふるさと納税訴訟、泉佐野市が敗訴 大阪高裁が請求棄却
ふるさと納税制度の対象自治体から外されたのは違法で無効だとして、大阪府泉佐野市が総務相を相手取って除外取り消しを求めた訴訟の判決が30日、大阪高裁であった。佐村浩之裁判長は同市の請求を棄却した。
同市は地場産品以外の高額返礼品を用意するなど、高い返礼率で多額の寄付を集め、国が2018年4月に「返礼
