ふるさと納税訴訟で高市総務相が高裁判決を評価
高市早苗総務相は３１日の記者会見で、ふるさと納税をめぐる訴訟で国側勝訴とした大阪高裁判決を評価した。「（ルール違反の自治体を除外できる）指定制度の導入経緯や趣旨、目的を踏まえた内容だ」と述べた。
