ケーキに竹田産シイタケ 緒方町の洋菓子工房が新商品
豊後大野市緒方町天神の洋菓子工房アンティーク(甲斐公洋代表)は、竹田産シイタケを生地に練り込んだチョコレートケーキ「ナヴァショコラ」(税込み350円)を作った。竹田市は「ブランド力を高める新商品」と期待。ふるさと納税の返礼品などに活用する方針だ。
