行方市、「楽器寄附ふるさと納税」受け付けへ
茨城県行方市は31日、ふるさと納税の仕組みを使って家庭で使わなくなった楽器を募る「楽器寄附（きふ）ふるさと納税」を4月3日から始めると発表した。楽器を寄付した人は、業者の買い取り額から2千円を減じた金額が所得税・住民税から控除される仕組み。同市は3校ある市立中学校の吹奏楽部で使う楽器を募る。
