交付税減の取り消し求め、国提訴へ 泉佐野ふるさと納税
大阪府泉佐野市は8日、総務省がふるさと納税で多額の寄付金を得た同市への2019年度の特別交付税（12、3月分）を減らしたのは違法だとして、国を相手に減額の取り消しを求める訴訟を大阪地裁に起こすと発表した。同市によると、減らされた2回分の総額は約6億円という。
