新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大を受けて「トロッコ電車」が５月末まで運転を見合わせるなど、観光に大きな打撃を受けている黒部市は、観光業の事業者などを支援する財源にあてようと新たにふるさと納税を活用して資金を募ることを決めました。
