行き過ぎた銀行の規制緩和、危機終息後に金融安定損ねる＝ＢＩＳ
国際決済銀行（ＢＩＳ）は１５日に公表した報告書で、銀行規制の緩和に関して、新型コロナウイルス対策で必要とされる「大胆かつ異例」な措置のひとつだが、感染が終息した時に金融システムの安定を損ねかねないため、一時的かつ限定的であるべきだと指摘した。
