泉佐野市除外は正当 ふるさと納税、国勝訴 大阪高裁判決
総務省がふるさと納税の新制度から大阪府泉佐野市を除外したのは違法だとして、市が除外決定の取り消しを求めた訴訟の判決で、大阪高裁は３０日、請求を棄却した。市は過度な返礼品で多額の寄付を集めたとして除外されたが、佐村浩之裁判長は「総務相に裁量権の逸脱や乱用はなかった」として、国の対応は正当だったと判断し
