ふるさと納税 根幹から制度見直しを
大阪高裁はきのう、総務省がふるさと納税の新制度から大阪府泉佐野市を除外した決定は違法ではないとの判断を示した。
判決は、豪華な返礼品で多額の寄付を集める泉佐野市の手法は制度の趣旨からかけ離れており、返礼品の規制に従わない同市を排除しても、総務相の裁量権の乱用には当たらないと認めた。
