ふるさと納税、国が勝訴
総務省がふるさと納税の新制度から大阪府泉佐野市を除外した決定は違法として、市が取り消しを求めた訴訟で、大阪高裁は３０日、請求を棄却し国勝訴の判決を言い渡した。豪華な返礼品やギフト券贈呈による多額の寄付集めの是非を巡る、国と地方自治体の異例の対立で初の司法判断。
